Ricotta, Berries, and Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

3/4 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup plain ricotta cheese
1-2 oz 70-80% dark chocolate
Optional: Maple syrup

Instructions

  • If using frozen berries, begin by thawing them in the microwave. Place in a small bowl and top with ricotta cheese. Break up dark chocolate and sprinkle on top. The juice from the frozen berries may be enough to sweeten the ricotta cheese.
