Crunchy Cannellini

Ingredients

2 cans cannellini (white kidney beans), drained and rinsed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt & pepper to taste
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sambal oelek

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients onto a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet and mix. Spread out in a even layer and bake 425 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
