Recipe: Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats

 Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Almond Milk

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 4 tablespoons flaxseed oil

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons almond extract

  • 1 banana

  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 4 fresh peaches, peel removed and diced.

  • Slivered almonds to sprinkle on top.

INSTUCTIONS

  1. Blend almond milk, honey, banana, extracts, flaxseed oil, chia seeds, and ⅓ of the diced peaches together in a blender for about 3 minutes or until smooth.

  2. Add Greek yogurt and oats into the blender and blend.

  3. Pour mixture into the mason jars.

  4. Top with the remaining peaches, sprinkle with almond slivers.

  5. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
