A ½ teaspoon a day is a good way to start and a tablespoon a day is the average daily dose. I’ve read that taking too much is not recommended and may lead to adverse effects and throw your hormones out of whack. This one blogger recommends rotating a few days on and a few days off.
There are many health benefits to using Maca Powder. Some of which are vitamins B, C, E, Calcium, Zink, Iron, magnesium, phosphorus and amino acids. For all other health benefits, Google can help you along. Look it up, there are so many benefits that I’m sure you may relate to a few.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups almond milk
1 tablespoon Maca powder
1 Banana
1 tablespoon honey
3-4 ice cubes
½ teaspoon vanilla bean extract

Mix all ingredients in your blender until smooth and enjoy!
