Yup! This tastes as fresh as it looks ;)
I love creating quick and easy recipes especially when it involves local fresh ingredients. So when Brandon @wilderacres reached out to ask if I would be interested in sampling a few of their Microgreen Mixes I don’t think I even let him finish talking about the products when Wrote back with a definitive YES.
I have always purchased different types of microgreens (ie pea shoots, alfalfa) but this Brassica Mix is by far my new favourite mix. It’s a mix of broccoli, rapini, radish, mustard & arugula need I say more? GET•IN•MA•BELLY 😋
